Sam Abdel, PMP
Founder & CEO
Sam has over 15 years of experience providing Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Case Management Support for Major Defense Acquisition Programs. He is an expert in developing Letters of Offer and Acceptance (LOAs), Price and Availability (P&A) data, and Case Modifications. Additionally, he is skilled in authoring Congressional Notifications and handling Logistics and Transportation Planning.
Sam can analyze and manage all aspects of FMS casework in accordance with the Arms Export Control Act, the Security Assistance Management Manual (SAMM), and the International Traffic in Arms Regulation (ITAR), as well as applicable Department of Defense Acquisition policy guidance.
Sam graduated from James Madison University with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree and a minor in Economics.

Laura Pascarella
Chief Operations Officer
Laura brings a depth of experience in leadership, strategic partnerships, organizational transformation, and public trust building through her two decades with the U.S. Department of State.
In government, she led national policy communications, launched global service initiatives, trained civilian and military officials internationally, and supported crisis response efforts in the U.S. and abroad. Her expertise in business operations, workflow efficiencies, budgets, inventory, supply chain, and brand growth were honed as a small business owner for five years in downtown Charlottesville, VA. Laura is a certified change management practitioner, Project Management Professional (PMP) trained, a mentor, coach, and public speaker. She graduated from the Honors School at George Mason University with a major in International Studies & Government and a minor in East Asia Pacific Affairs.
